چکیده
Mango, scientifically known as Mangifera indica L., is highly popular in Pakistan and around the globe for its abundant provitamins other phytochemical elements. Being a climacteric fruit, mangoes ripen quickly after being harvested. Commercial growers typically harvest when they reach their horticultural maturity to maintain fruit's quality. Temperature crucial environmental factor affecting mangoes' quality, these tropical fruits do not respond well storage at low temperatures. Therefore, this study aimed examine impact of different conditions on physiological biochemical qualities shelf life cv. Sufaid Chaunsa mangoes. During study, were stored cold facilities 8°C, 12°C, 16°C. The containers consisted plastic baskets covered with paper, assessed weight loss, texture properties, chilling injury, titratable acidity, sensory characteristics, total soluble salts, external appearance every 7 days throughout period till 28 days. results indicated that storing 12°C extended by up 21 days, shows better results. Utilizing set effectively reduced suitable water maintained chemical changes characteristics. Additionally, was sufficient prolong until It observed quality deteriorated

Irradiation and Storage Temperature Influence the Physiological Changes and Shelf Life of Mango (Mangifera indica L.)
In spite of being the leading producer of mango in the world, India registers the highest post harvest losses and minuscule exports. The reasons for this paradox are manifold. However, issues related to quarantine, shelf life and quality are the major stumbling blocks to trade, both national and international Therefore, a balance between the required effective dose and tolerance of fruit to irr...

Effect of Wrapping Papers on Physiological Changes and Shelf-life of Mango cv. Langra
Effect of different wrapping postharvest treatments viz. T0 (control treatment), T1 (White paper), T2 (Brown paper), T3 (Tissue paper) and T4 (News paper) on physical changes of mango var. Langra were analyzed. Among, the treatments, the maximum 5.25 days was required for ripening in Langra which was kept in white paper and minimum 3.573 days for ripening was recorded in control fruits of mango...
متن کاملEffect of Storage Temperature and Packaging Material on Shelf Life of Thornless Blackberry
Blackberry is a highly perishable fruit and its quality decreases very quickly during postharvest period. In this research, two types of container including: oriented poly styrene (OPS), a petroleum-based material, and oriented poly corn starch (OPCS), a bio-based material, was analyzed over 14 days to determine their effects on shelf life of thornless blackberry. Packages were placed in freeze...
